Stir-fried Black Fungus with Broccoli

Break the broccoli, and slice the stem underneath with a knife

Bring the broccoli to a boil and blanch it (not too long, otherwise the broccoli will be easy to rot and not crisp after being fried), take it out and rinse with cold water

Soak the black fungus in advance and wash

Prepare green onion and ginger shredded

Cut the meat into shreds, because you want to fry crispy broccoli, so the meat needs to be shredded
