Stir-fried Braised Pork with Rice White
1.
Waterhead wash
2.
Cut the water chestnut (patted flat with a kitchen knife to taste), cut the stewed meat and set aside
3.
Heat the pan, add a proper amount of oil, and stir-fry the rice whites
4.
Adjust the flavor, add a little water and simmer
5.
Add braised pork (made by yourself, already cooked), stir fry. Finally taste the pot.
Tips:
Rice white elephants are generally flattened when smashed with garlic. They are easy to taste when they are stir-fried, and they are also easy to cook when they are stewed.
Zizania itself has a fragrance, and it tastes good with a little bit of seasoning.
