Cut the broccoli into one by one, and then cut it in the middle.

Cut the onion, ginger, and garlic into shreds or pieces.

Blanch the broccoli in boiling water.

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add broccoli, and after quick fry, add soy sauce, salt, and MSG.

Personally sum it up
When broccoli is blanched, the time should not be too long, otherwise it will not taste good if it is rotten, and it should not be too short for fear of unripeness and raw flavor.
