Broccoli is rich in nutrients, and its mineral content is more comprehensive than other vegetables. The content of calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, zinc, and manganese is very rich, which is much higher than that of cabbage flowers that belong to the same cruciferous family. Vitamin C content is about 20% higher than cabbage flowers.

Stir-fried Broccoli

1. Wash the broccoli and break it into small flowers.

2. Slice the pork, peel the carrots, wash and cut into thin strips, cut the green onion and garlic for later use.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add the pork slices and stir-fry until white, then add green onion and garlic and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.

4. Add carrots and stir fry until soft.

5. Add broccoli and stir fry for a while.

6. Add Weijixian soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

7. Stir-fry until broccoli is dead, add salt and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:
