Stir-fried Broccoli with Lily

Soak the fungus in advance and wash, cut the broccoli into small flowers, rinse and drain.

The lily was soaked in water overnight in advance.

Slice right amount of pork belly and shred ginger and garlic.

Pour a little oil into the pot and pour the pork belly.

Fry out the fat in the pork belly over medium and small fire.

Add ginger and garlic.

Add lily and stir fry.

Add black fungus and stir fry.

Pour the broccoli and stir fry.

Stir fry until the broccoli is soft and add some salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.

Tips:
The dried lily I use should be soaked in advance, or it can be fried with fresh lily to make it sweeter.
