Stir-fried Burdock

Prepare a burdock, a bell pepper, and a burdock is about 250 grams

Use a scraper to peel off the outer skin of the burdock, slice it diagonally and cut into silk, soak in cold water, put a little white vinegar in the water, the burdock is easy to oxidize, and the burdock should be washed twice after soaking in water.

Tips:
The water color of the soaked burdock becomes darker. Just wash it twice and basically no color. The burdock has very little water. Do not put a lot of water when frying, just pour a little water along the side of the pot.
