Stir-fried Cabbage Cores with Soy Pork and Yuba

Ingredients: vegetable core (cleaned), yuba (soaked), sauced meat (sliced).

Put the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut into sections, set aside.

Put the washed vegetable cores on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.
