Stir-fried Cabbage Gang with Sauce

Take 8 to 10 pieces of Chinese cabbage, wash and set aside.

Cut the cabbage into diamond-shaped pieces.

Thinly slice the lean pork and set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add pepper, ginger, chopped green onions, and red pepper until fragrant.

Add meat slices, cooking wine, soy sauce, bean paste, salt and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add the cabbage gang and stir-fry for three minutes.

Add the ground coriander, sesame oil, and spoon.

Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
The cabbage cuts the diamond shape quickly and easily. The amount of soy sauce and bean paste plays the role of seasoning and toning. After adding the cabbage gang, stir-fry quickly on high heat to retain the moisture in the cabbage gang and make the taste crisp and delicious. Finally, add coriander and sesame oil to enhance the taste of the finished product.
