Stir-fried Cabbage Stems

1. Take the cabbage stem and clean it.

2. Tear off the cabbage skin from the stem.

3. Cut into an inch or so, and cut the dried chili into sections.

4. Pour the cabbage stalks and chilies with oil in the pot and stir fry evenly.

5. Add a little salt and stir well.

6. When the cabbage stalks are cooked through, add MSG and stir well.

7. Top with light soy sauce and sesame oil.

8. Serve small stir-fried cabbage stems.
