Stir-fried Carob

The beans are blanched until they are half cooked, just a little bit crunchy when bitten

Remove the beans and control the moisture

After the oil in the wok is hot, add the beans, salt and stir fry

Stir fry until the skin of the beans is white and wrinkled, then add Knorr chicken noodles and light soy sauce

Add minced garlic
7.
Add minced red pepper
8.
Stir fry evenly

Platter
Tips:
The beans do not have to be blanched until they are fully cooked, otherwise the fried beans will not take shape.
