Stir-fried Carrot and Ham with Bean Sprouts

Shred carrots and set aside,

Rinse the bean sprouts and set aside
3.
Shred two slices of ham and set aside,

Start the pan, sauté the chopped green onion, first add the carrot shreds and fry the red oil.

Then, add the sliced ham.

Finally, add bean sprouts, add light soy sauce to taste,

A little salt to taste,

Then stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan!
