The stew is not a high-end ingredient, but I like it very much. Whether it is fried with sesame sauce, vinegar, garlic, or used for cooking and filling, I love it. But they can only be eaten when they are sold around February 2 each year. This stew with carrots was fried on February 2nd, and during the process of editing the recipe, I was a little bit salivating.

1. Wash the stew, carrots, and green peppers

3. Cut carrots into slices and green peppers into cubes

4. Pick up the frying pan and put the carrots in the frying pan.

5. Put the green peppers in the pot and pass the oil together, then set aside

6. In the frying pan, put the green onion and ginger into the pot and stir fragrant

7. Stir-fry the stew

8. Stir-fry until the stew is soft, and stir-fry the carrots and green peppers

9. Add salt and monosodium glutamate, stir-fry evenly, then serve

Tips:

It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy color and taste to this dish.
Stir-fry the stew until it becomes soft and transparent.
