Stir-fried Cauliflower

After rinsing the cauliflower, use a knife to cut into small flowers along the handle, soak in light salt water for 10 minutes, rinse and dry thoroughly.

Because I don’t think cauliflower is particularly well cooked, I first boil cauliflower a little bit and let it go after hot water! This way, the cauliflower will cook faster!

Remove the slightly boiled cauliflower and drain the water. Load it into a clean disk!

Add oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add ginger, minced garlic and red pepper, and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add the bacon and slowly stir out the oil in the bacon over low heat!

Add cauliflower, stir fry, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, thirteen incense, salt, fry until delicious!

Add the right amount of chicken essence before being out of the pan! Sprinkle the right amount of green onion!
