Stir-fried Cauliflower with Bell Peppers

1 organic cauliflower, stir-fry appropriate amount of colored pepper, 1 eryngii mushroom, and 1 green onion.

Break the cauliflower into small pieces.

Soak and wash clean, I use Taomi water.

Boil water for 1 minute.
5.
Fish out too cold.
6.
Wash other ingredients clean.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Heat a pan and add some oil to fry the chopped green onion.

Then add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry.

Add colored peppers and sesame peppers.
11.
Finally, add the blanched cauliflower, stir fry evenly with salt and five-spice powder.
