Stir-fried Celery

Prepare ingredients. Celery extracts its tendons, soak and blanch the black fungus first.

Slice carrots, celery, green onions, and tear off black fungus.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the sliced shallots.
4.
Add carrots and stir fry.
5.
Add celery and stir well.
6.
Add black fungus and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Season with salt and oyster sauce and serve.
