Stir-fried Celery and Salami

Raw materials are ready;

Cut the sausage into thin slices;
3.
Remove old shreds of celery and cut into suitable strips;
4.
Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add the sausage when it's half hot;

Stir fry on low heat until slightly discolored;
6.
Add celery and stir fry over medium high heat;
7.
Season with a little soy sauce and salt, and mix well;
8.
Serve out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Both soy sauce and sausages have saltiness, so add salt in moderation, not too salty;
2. Shredded celery is easy to cook, you don't need to blanch it, just fry it quickly;
3. If you have time, steam the sausage first and then stir-fry, it will have another taste.
