Stir-fried Celery with Carrots and Water Chestnuts

Ingredients: carrots (washed and peeled), water chestnuts (washed and peeled), celery (washed and cut)

Put the water chestnuts and carrots on the cutting board and slice them separately.

Then, put the chopped celery and carrots into a pot of water, blanch for 1 minute, and then remove them.
