Stir-fried Chayote

1 chayote, half a pleurotus eryngii, half a carrot, and 1 green onion.

Wash all the ingredients.

Chayote slices.

Pleurotus eryngii and carrots cut plum slices, then chopped green onion.
5.
Heat a pan and add some oil to fry the chopped green onion.
6.
Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry.
7.
Add carrots and stir fry.
8.
Stir fry with chayote.
9.
Finally, add salt and five-spice powder and stir fry evenly.
10.
Stir-fried chayote, sweet, crisp and delicious.
