Stir-fried Chayote with Double Mushroom

1 chayote, 1 pleurotus eryngii, 4 shiitake mushrooms, a handful of blanched fungus, and 1 green onion.

Wash all the ingredients.

Remove the chayote flesh and slice it.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Heat in a pan and add some oil to fry the shallots and double mushrooms.

Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and sauté until fragrant.

Stir fry with chayote.
