I bought the vegetarian chicken, which is actually made of soy products. It looks like a chicken leg. It is quite large, as if it has been marinated. So I cut it into thicker strips to preserve the texture, ha ha! Add a little carrot shreds and stir fry together, it's also quite delicious and flavorful!"

Tips:

The vegetarian chicken is marinated, with a little salt, so you should put less or no salt, just put a little light soy sauce, don’t be too salty~
