Stir-fried Chicken Liver with Garlic Moss

1. Wash the garlic moss.

2. Smash it to taste.

3. Cut into sections for later use.

4. Cooked chicken liver.

5. Cut chicken liver into pieces.

6. Heat the pan with cold oil, and add salt to the oil.

7. Add garlic moss and stir fry.

8. Stir-fry until the garlic moss changes color, and add chicken liver.

9. Release light soy sauce and stir fry.

10. Stir fry for 1 minute, add chicken essence.

11. Stir-fry evenly.

12. Finely chop the red pepper.
