Stir-fried Chicken Nuggets with Scallions

Wash the chicken and blanch in a pan under cold water

Drain the blanched chicken and set aside
3.
Heat up the rapeseed oil and stir-fry the ginger until fragrant
4.
Pour the chicken and stir fry until the color changes
5.
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine and stir-fry until colored
6.
Pour in the chopped green onion, put in an appropriate amount of salt, fry the green onion until soft and ready to be out of the pot
7.
It's loaded!
