Because I don't like meat too much, I usually use chicken sausage or ham sausage instead. You can also replace the sausage with fresh meat. "

Stir-fried Chicken Sausage with Shredded Carrots

1. First prepare two carrots, two peppers, one chicken sausage, and one garlic.

2. Use a scraper to scrape the carrots into shreds, cut the pepper into small round pieces (I think it's better to cut it), slice garlic, and slice chicken intestines.

3. Put cold oil into the chicken sausages and flip gently. (It won’t stick to the pan with cold oil.)

4. Stir-fry until the chicken intestines change color, add the chili and garlic, and stir fry together.

5. Then add the shredded carrots, stir-fry them over high heat, and then add a small amount of water. When they are about 8 minutes old, add the light soy sauce, chicken essence, and salt.

6. When it's fried, it tastes delicious and refreshing.

Tips:

This dish should be light, so the amount of salt is good, and the radish should not be fried too well, otherwise it will not taste good.
