Stir-fried Chicken Shreds with Spicy Oil

Prepare chicken breasts, enoki mushrooms, cucumbers, and spicy ingredients.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, then add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, aniseed and chicken and cook for 10 minutes.

Shred the cucumber and marinate for a while with a little salt.

Remove the old stems of the enoki mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water, and then set aside.

Take out the cooked chicken and let it cool.

Pat it with the back of a knife.

Then tear it into small strips for later use.

Take a large bowl and add shredded chicken, enoki mushrooms and cucumber shreds that have been squeezed out of water. Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar.

Join the light soy sauce.

Add balsamic vinegar and mix well.

Add sesame oil to the pot and add the minced garlic.

Add a spoonful of spicy oil and stir fry over low heat to create a fragrant aroma.

Pour the fried chili oil on the chicken shreds and mix evenly. Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds after serving.
