Stir-fried Chicken Tofu Meatballs

Chop the chicken into minced meat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, white pepper, chicken essence, and salt and stir well.

Put the tofu into the food processor, add an egg and whipped into tofu puree.

Add starch to the minced chicken and tofu and stir well.

Pour clean water into the pot, boil, put in the kneaded meatballs, cook for a few minutes and remove them for use.

Pour vegetable oil into the wok, add green and red peppers when the oil is hot, and stir fry the onions for a while.

Add the meatballs and stir fry for a while, add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce and some water.

Make a little bit of water starch, add water starch before getting out of the pot, turn off the heat and take out the pot.

Tips:
The starch in the chicken tofu filling is just for the purpose of serving the group, so don't add too much to avoid the texture of the meatballs being too hard. Don't put too much water starch, just thicken it.
