Stir-fried Chicken with Chestnuts

Put the chestnuts with skins in boiling water, and remove the skins after two minutes. The chestnuts were soaked in boiling water, and the skin peeled off.

Chop half of the chicken into small pieces.

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic, and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pan, add the ginger and garlic after the oil is hot, stir-fry, add the chicken, fry until the color changes, add water to 2/3 of the chicken, add the chestnuts, and simmer together.

Bring to a boil, simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken chestnuts are cooked, ready to serve, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onions.
