Stir-fried Chicken with Green Peppers

Prepare raw materials;

Wash the green peppers, remove the seeds, and break them into pieces by hand (the green peppers are delicious here);

Slice ginger and garlic for later use;

Cut chicken breast into 1 cm cubes, add cooking wine, white pepper powder, starch, and cooking oil, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Pour cooking oil into the wok, pour in the marinated chicken and stir fry until the color changes;

Transfer the fried chicken to the side of the pan, add the ginger and garlic slices with the remaining oil in the pan to fry until fragrant;

Add the green pepper pieces and the fungus that has been sent in advance (the fungus is delicious here), stir fry, and season with salt;

Add a few red pepper rings to increase the color and flavor, add chicken powder and stir well.
Tips:
The green peppers here must be broken by hand.
