Stir-fried Chicken with Mushrooms and Red Peppers

The chicken breast is marinated with cornstarch, light soy sauce and ginger for a while. Red pepper slices, shiitake mushrooms slices

Boil in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry red peppers and mushrooms over high heat

Pour in the chicken breast and stir-fry for three minutes.

Add a spoonful of salt, stir-fry for 2 minutes on high heat
