Stir-fried Chicken with Oyster Mushroom Sauce

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and seafood mushrooms and cut into small cubes

Cut chicken breast into small cubes, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, starch, and salt, and marinate for 15 minutes
