Stir-fried Chicken with Seasoned Peppers

Wash and cut the chicken breast and all side dishes.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of soy sauce, and two spoons of starch to mix the cut chicken.
