Stir-fried Choy Sum with Soy Sauce and Garlic

Wash the choy sum and drain the water.
2.
Flatten the garlic and chop for later use.
3.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic.
4.
Add the choy sum and stir fry.
5.
Add 3 spoons of Puning soybean paste.
6.
Pour a little water on the side of the pot and stir-fry until the heart is broken.
7.
Finished product.
