Stir-fried Cowpea with Minced Meat

Main ingredients: cowpea, minced pork, green onion and ginger.

Wash the cowpea and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add cowpeas and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the cowpeas shrink and become dehydrated, and serve.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add the green onion and ginger and saute until fragrant. Add minced meat and stir fry.

Fry the minced meat until white and 8 minutes cooked. Put in the spare cowpeas. Stir-fry evenly, cook in the light soy sauce.

Season with salt and MSG. Stir-fry quickly and evenly, then turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
Because the cowpea is already cooked, after the minced meat is cooked, add the cowpea and season it.
