Stir-fried Crab Mushroom

Remove the stems of the crab-flavored mushrooms, wash them, and cut the green and red peppers into pieces.

Boil the crab-flavored mushrooms in a pot of boiling water for about 10 seconds. Remove and drain.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add ginger and garlic slices and saute until fragrant.
4.
Add the crab-flavored mushrooms and fry for about 2 minutes.
5.
Add the green and red pepper cubes and stir fry evenly.
6.
Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
