Stir-fried Crab with Mushroom and Seafood

Ingredients: seafood mushrooms (the roots have been removed, cleaned and cut into sections), crabs (cleaned), chives.

Cut the cleaned flower crab in half to remove the shell and the gills.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat, add the crabs, and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Next, add the seafood mushrooms, stir fry until cooked.

Then, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.
