Stir-fried Cream Crab

1. Material: Cream Crab (live)

2. Sliced ginger, garlic, green onion

3. Clean the cream crab.

4. Scoop out and set aside.

5. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the ginger and garlic slices to the saucepan.

6. Then, add the cleaned cream crab and add proper amount of cooking wine.

7. Stir fry.

8. Then, pour an appropriate amount of water.

9. Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

10. Add the right amount of sugar.

11. Add the right amount of salt.

12. Add the right amount of chicken essence.

13. Season to bring to a boil.

14. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

15. Finally, put the scallions in, and serve.
