Stir-fried Cured Chicken Thigh

1. One cured chicken leg.

2. Dice chicken drumsticks, shred pepper and ginger.

3. Put the oil in the chicken drumsticks and stir-fry, pour some cooking wine and stir fry.

4. Add ginger and chili.

5. Add some salt to let the peppers taste.

6. Top with light soy sauce and stir fry the chilies until fragrant.

7. Put some monosodium glutamate and stir-fry well.
