Last time I bought a package of dried cuttlefish, a specialty of Taiwan. I think it should not taste the same as squid, so I used it for soaking and frying. The dried dried cuttlefish is very delicious and chewy, and children like it very much.

Stir-fried Cuttlefish with Garlic Moss

1. Ready dried cuttlefish

2. Add blisters

3. Prepare the garlic moss

4. Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections

5. Cut the cuttlefish into strips after cleaning

6. Pot with water

7. Put in cuttlefish

8. Blanch it and boil it

9. Fish out the cuttlefish meat
