Stir-fried Cuttlefish with Hang Pepper

Wash the cuttlefish and cut into sections, put it in boiling water and blanch it, remove it, rinse and drain. Mince the green onion, ginger and garlic, cut the green hang pepper into sections, and cut the red hang pepper into circles.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, minced garlic, green onion, and tempeh sauce and stir fry.

Then add cuttlefish slices, green hang pepper segments, red hang pepper rings and stir-fry until cooked, add salt, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and sugar to taste.

Stir-fry and serve after cooking.
Tips:
Be sure to peel off the film on the surface of the cuttlefish to remove the fishy.
