Stir-fried Donkey with Hot Pepper

1. Donkey meat is soaked in bleeding water for later use.

2. Blanch the donkey meat for later use.

3. Prepared green donkey meat.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil and add ginger.

5. Pour the donkey meat and stir fry.

6. Pour in the chili and stir fry.

7. Add salt, sugar, cooking wine soy sauce and a little water. Can be out of the pot.
