Stir-fried Double Ears with Shredded Pork

The northeast black fungus is soaked in advance.

Tremella also needs to be soaked in advance. I use ugly ears.

Tear the soaked white fungus into small pieces, and the large black fungus into small pieces. Also prepare a small amount of pork shreds, ginger shreds, green onions with an oblique knife, and red pepper seeds and cut into sections.

Put peanut oil in the pot, add pork shreds and stir-fry on medium heat.

Add ginger, green onions and red peppers and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.
