Stir-fried Double Mushrooms with Colored Peppers

The ingredients are ready; cut the seafood mushrooms and crab mushrooms into the size you like, and shred the red and yellow bell peppers

Shred ginger, slice garlic; tear broccoli into small stalks, blanch in boiling water until they are broken, remove and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic, then add red and yellow bell peppers and stir fry

Add the mushrooms and stir fry, add a small amount of salt to speed up the water out of the mushrooms, and then stir-fry over high heat while collecting the juice

When the juice is collected and dried, add the light soy sauce, stir fry for a fragrance, add the broccoli and stir evenly.
