Stir-fried Double Peppers with Shacha Sauce

Ingredients: red pepper (cleaned and cut), green pepper (cleaned and cut), dried tofu, shacha sauce

Put the dried tofu on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the cut green and red peppers and stir fry.

Then, add the cut dried tofu and stir fry until the green and red peppers are broken.

Then, add an appropriate amount of shacha sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.
