Korean food is mainly spicy. Fried small fish with chili is a good dish to go with wine. I can’t eat too spicy one, so I put one this time.”

Stir-fried Dried Fish with Chili

1. Dry clean the small fish and control the moisture

2. Pour the oil in the hot pan, add the onion, ginger, garlic and chili slices after the oil is hot, and sauté the peppercorns until fragrant

3. Saute the seasoning and add the dried fish and stir fry

4. Add cooking wine, white sugar and white vinegar and continue to stir fry until it is dry

5. Add monosodium glutamate and stir-fry for a few more times

Tips:

When frying, you should keep frying to prevent it from sticking.
