Stir-fried Dried Seeds with Bacon Skin

Soak the bacon skin in boiling water and rinse with dried peppers

All the ingredients are cut into small dices

Heat the pot, add the skin and squeeze it for a while, then add the garlic to fragrant

Add the dried seeds and stir fry with a little water for two minutes

Tips:
Don’t soak the skin too softly, it’s more chewy, and it’s better to burn with tempeh (because there is no such thing at home)
