Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Garlic Sprouts

Wash the garlic sprouts and remove them.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.
3.
Cut the dried tofu and set aside.
4.
Boil the cut garlic sprouts in boiling water and remove them.
5.
Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the sliced dried tofu, add some light soy sauce and stir fry.
6.
Stir fry with seasoning, serve.
7.
Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
