Stir-fried Duck Kidney with Garlic Moss
1.
Cut the duck kidney into the pattern you like, add pepper, chicken powder, starch, salt, and soy sauce to marinate for ten minutes. During this time, cut the garlic moss into small pieces, and cut the red pepper and ginger into shreds.
2.
Preheat the pot and pour in the right amount of oil, first add some salt and stir fry the garlic moss, then set the pot to a plate for later use.
3.
Stir-fry and put it on a plate for later use. This is because the duck kidney has to be fried quickly, so the garlic moss has to be fried first. Then, just pour it down and stir-fry for a while to start the pot.
4.
Heat the pot over high heat, pour the oil into the ginger and red pepper shreds, then pour the marinated duck kidney and stir fry quickly.
5.
Stir-fry for a while and add starch water.
6.
Then pour in the fried garlic moss and quickly turn over, and you can start the pot when you are done!
7.
Wow! So fragrant

Tips:
When the duck kidney is cut, it must be thin to make it easy to cook, and it should not be fried for too long so that it is too old to bite!
