Stir-fried Duck with Double Pepper

Slice the duck offal and marinate it with cooking wine and salt for 20 minutes.

Add oil to the wok and sauté the garlic.
3.
Stir the duck offal in a pan, add sugar, soy sauce and add a little water and simmer for a while.
4.
Add the green and red peppers and stir fry for flavor.
5.
Sprinkle pepper, salt to taste, add coriander to the pot.
