Stir-fried Fish Bubbles with Green Peppers
1.
Buy the fish bubble, clean up the blood stains and fish oil on it. Rub the fish bubble with a little salt and cooking wine, and then rinse off with water (this can basically remove the fishy smell of the fish bubble).
2.
Boil water in the pot, pour the fish bubble, cook until the fish bubble has reduced and the bubbles are gone, remove the water, rinse, and drain for later use.
3.
Cut all the accessories and set aside (garlic, ginger, dried pepper, pepper, green pepper).
4.
Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil into the pot, and pour the ingredients directly when the oil temperature rises (note: wait until the green peppers are placed before putting them).
5.
When the ingredients are saute, add the fish bubble and quickly stir-fry for about a minute. Add salt cooking wine light soy sauce and then add green peppers. Continue to stir fry quickly for 2 minutes. Add a small amount of chicken essence, spicy and fresh.
Tips:
In the future, you guys will go out to buy fish, especially super-large fish. It’s better to keep the fish soak and buy it separately. It’s very expensive.
