Stir-fried Four Treasures

Wash the lean pork meat and dice, add salt, dry starch and mix well. Dice green beans and blanch them. Dice mushrooms and carrots.

Put oil in the spoon and fry the diced lean meat first.

Add shiitake mushrooms and sauté until fragrant.

Add string beans and stir fry.

Add carrots, stir-fry over high heat until cooked, add soy sauce and chili sauce, and stir fry for flavor.
6.
Add a little sesame oil before serving.
Tips:
No MSG is added to the dishes with shiitake mushrooms. Braised beans are easy to cook.
