Stir-fried Fungus with Green Pepper and Shredded Pork

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the fungus in advance, shred the pork tenderloin, add cooking wine, salt, and pepper to mix well, marinate for half an hour, shred the green pepper, and crush the garlic.
